Lights On Afterschool Celebration

On October, 28, 2019, SRO participated in the annual Lights On Afterschool Celebration. Lights On Afterschool is the only nationwide event celebrating after school programs and their important role in the lives of children, families and communities. The events send a powerful message that millions more kids need quality after school programs. SRO works hard to provide after school programs that help youth success in school. Amy Eich the Executive Director of Community Education Northrop attended the event. Superintendent Muñoz of Rochester Public Schools attended the event. Other local organizations also participated.
